b. Select the Train of your choice;

c. On the ‘Payment selection’ page, select the valid the offer (if not already selected);

d. Confirm booking details and complete your payment.

The cashback will be credited as Amazon Pay balance within 3 business days of the successful booking of the train ticket on Amazon.in.

No coupon code is required for the offer. The applicable offer will be auto applied on Payment selection’ page before making the payment.

The cashback amount will be deducted from the final refund amount and credited to the original payment method if you cancel the entire booking.

1. The limited period promotional offer, namely Trains Offer (“Offer”) is provided to you by Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited (“APIPL”) and is made available on the website www.ama...in and the corresponding mobile site and mobile application (collectively, “Amazon.in”) operated by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“ASSPL”). This Offer is in respect of the bookings of train tickets on Amazon.in.
2. These offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to the terms and conditions applicable to booking of train tickets on Amazon.in, the Amazon.in Conditions of Use and Privacy Notice to which you agree to by using Amazon.in.
3. This Offer is valid during below mentioned period (“Offer Period”), unless modified, extended or revoked by APIPL in its sole discretion, without prior notice and without any liability.

5. During the Offer Period, any customer who successfully undertakes the following steps:
6. (a) Books a train ticket on Amazon.in (“Booking”);
7. (b) Selects the applicable offer on the payment selection page; and
8. © Makes payment for the Booking transaction using any payment method available on Amazon.in,
9. will be eligible to receive a cashback amount as per these Offer Terms.
10. The amount of cashback that a customer will be entitled to will depend on the transaction value of the Booking undertaken by the customer. This Offer is applicable on first train transaction per customer on Amazon.in. The relevant details are provided below.

13. The aforesaid cashback is referred to as “Benefit”
14. It is hereby clarified that the transaction value of the Booking is inclusive of ticket fare and applicable taxes.
15. The applicable amount of the Benefit will be provided to the customers in the form of Amazon Gift Card, issued by QwikCilver Solutions Private Limited, redeemable as Amazon Pay balance in the Amazon.in account of the customer. The use and redemption of the gift card(s) and the use of Amazon Pay balance will be governed by the applicable terms and conditions.
16. The Benefit (under this Offer) will be provided to the customer within 3 business days of the successful completion of the Booking.
17. A customer can avail this Offer maximum one time during the Offer Period and this Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer available on Amazon.in.
18. A customer will not be eligible to receive the cashback under this Offer if the Booking transaction is cancelled for any reason, by the customer, by APIPL, by Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (“IRCTC”) or by Indian Railways. In cases where the customer is not eligible to receive the cashback, amount of cashback will be deducted from the Booking transaction amount, at the time of refund to the Customer, if cashback has been received by the customer. For the avoidance of doubts, it is clarified that the mode and manner of refund will be governed by the applicable terms and conditions set out at the time of Booking.
19. In respect of the cancellation, if the Benefit has been provided to the eligible customer, the relevant amount of Benefit will be deducted from the refund amount applicable for the cancelled Booking. For the avoidance of doubts, it is clarified that the mode of refund will be governed by the applicable terms.
20. APIPL reserves the right, at any time, without any prior notice, without liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/ change or vary any or all of these Offer Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not.
21. A customer will be eligible to receive the cashback in accordance with these Offer Terms, only on successful payment for the Booking transaction
22. It is clarified that this Offer is available only on the Booking of train tickets that are available and listed on Amazon.in.
23. Any query / issue in relation to the cashback under this Offer will be entertained by APIPL/ASSPL only up to the end of the Offer Period.
24. All disputes arising between the Amazon.in customer(s) and IRCTC in relation to the Booking or any claim related thereto will be resolved inter se between the customer(s) and IRCTC as per the applicable terms and conditions, APIPL and/ or ASSPL will not (nor will be liable or obliged to) mediate or resolve any dispute or disagreement between them. APIPL and/ or ASSPL will not be responsible and/ or liable for handling, entertaining or resolving any queries or grievances regarding the use or misuse of the Offer in any manner whatsoever.
25. Nothing contained in these Offer Terms amounts to a commitment by APIPL and/ or ASSPL to conduct further, similar or other offers.
26. Under no circumstances, will the cashback being offered under this Offer be settled in cash in lieu thereof by APIPL and/ or ASSPL.
27. By participating in this Offer, every customer expressly agrees that neither APIPL and / or ASSPL nor any of their affiliates will be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that a customer may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer (including, without limitation with respect to the status, fulfilment of the cashback), including but not limited to that associated with the payment transaction made on Amazon.in to avail this Offer. The customer hereby releases APIPL and /or ASSPL and their affiliates from liability of any kind relating to the mentioned above.
28. APIPL reserves the right to disqualify any customer from this Offer, including if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the Offer.
29. The customers are not bound in any way to participate in or avail this Offer. The participation in this Offer is voluntary. The Offer is being made purely on a best effort basis.
30. Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Offer Terms.
31. These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts at New Delhi will have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters/disputes arising out of or in relation to these Offer Terms.
