1. Recieved this offer on SMS
2. No email.. No notification
3. I am old user.. I have done BillBox transactions before
4. Completed 400 D2H Recharge via BillBox.. did not receive the cashback (i am talking about SimpL confirmation SMS regarding pending cashback to be posted after settlement)

This could be due to many reasons like

1. Maybe you need SMS, EMail and Notification.. not either but all
2. Maybe Recharge via BillBox is not considered utility payment.. however the offer page says ’your next BillBox transaction
