Yes annual charges waived off on spends on ₹150,000.

Back in 2019 when i applied, there was no physical address verification conducted. Just the card was delivered, i was in office by the delivery guy gave it to my neighbour on my request.
Funny part was i didn't had any address proof apart from rental copy, was asked to provide government issued proof in 2020(end) provided them after 6-8 months
