1. What is the offer?
Get 5% Instant Discount with ICICI Bank Debit Card, Credit Card and Credit Card EMI on purchase of any product listed in the Amazon Pantry Store and Fresh Store. The Offer is valid on the following dates in September 2020 i.e. 12th, 13th, 19th, 20th, 26th and 27th Sep. Please check the product page for offer eligibility.

2. How can I avail this offer?
Just go through the normal purchase process and checkout with the eligible products. On the payment page, please select your saved ICICI Bank Card to pay.

3. What is the minimum transaction size for the offer?
As long as Rs.2,000 is spent on the card for purchase of eligible products on each cart separately (Pantry and Fresh), you will be eligible for the offer during respective check out.

4. What is the maximum discount that I can avail?
The maximum discount possible per ICICI Bank Card across Amazon.in Site and App is Rs.250/month/card. Example: a) Pantry cart value is Rs. 2000, max discount is Rs 100 b) Fresh cart value is Rs. 2000 and Pantry cart value is Rs. 5000 If Fresh cart is checked out first, discount on Fresh would be Rs. 100 and Pantry discount would be Rs. 150. If Pantry cart is checked out first then discount on Pantry would be 250 and Fresh would be Rs. 0. c) Pantry cart value is Rs. 1000 and Fresh cart value is Rs. 1000 irrespective of checkout sequence discount on both will be Rs. 0 as this transaction doesn’t meet the minimum transaction criteria of either carts.

5. Is discount applicable on debit and credit cards?
The discount is available on ICICI Bank Debit Cards and Credit Cards.

6. Can I avail discount on EMI?
Yes, the discount is applicable only on Credit Card EMI.

7. I did not receive the discount. Why?
Please make sure you are using an eligible card, and have eligible Pantry and Fresh products worth Rs. 2,000 or more in each cart separately (Pantry and Fresh).

8. My payment failed while placing the order, will I be eligible for the offer?
If your payment failed while placing the order, Amazon.in gives you an option to revise your payment.
