This calculation is in correct. an Infinite user will get 2K Fi coins for payment of 10K. So to get 20K, you must spend 1L in 10 transactions (10K *10)
Spending 40K will never give you 20K points in any circumstances.

Nope, if an infinite user spends 40K, they will get 2K base coins and 9x, that is 18K bonus coins which makes it 20K and that is all what the offer is about. This is a specific offer for credit card bill payments and not just a generic FI coins offer.

I mentioned, 10K is just for the maximum benefit in percentage. The maximum base coins you can get is 2000 so a 31K transaction for infinite user is only going to give 2K base and 13950 bonus coins, making it 15950.

If it would have been 13x, they would have mentioned it straight away, no point in writing 4x + 9x, they wrote it because that is the catch.

10K will give the maximum benefits of 4x + 9x because after 10K you won't be getting 4X benefits since you will hit your 2000 base coins limit, though you can go for higher amounts with the 9x benefit. I mentioned that.

Max 2000 coins is for 1st plant. For the 2nd plant, I am supposed to get 9x i.e. 45% of ₹30800 which is 13860 coins. I didn't get 2nd plant

Exactly, you will get 13860 but only CC can confirm when will they credit. But most of the infinite users are thinking they will get 20K for 30800 payment which is not correct.

Will we get the base 2k fi coins under this offer also if we have exhausted the monthly limit of existing 5% or 10% or 20% fi coins offer on debit card?

I don't think we will get this 2k because the first money plant of max 2k coins in every transaction is actually from that existing offer. Through this new offer, we will get only the additional 9k fi coins.

Check if you have any Fi debit card offer apart from this offer. If you have complete it.
