How to avail?

• • Opt for HDFC Bank EasyEMI, minimum loan amount Rs.5000 OR Use your Debit Card for your In-store (POS) / Online shopping for a minimum Spend value of Rs. 5000 during the offer period.
• • Offer valid from Date of communication till 30th June 2021. (Both days inclusive)
• • Maximum eligible voucher is worth Rs. 750 per customer during the entire offer period.

• •Offer not applicable on cash on delivery transactions / payment on delivery transactions.

Terms & conditions :

• 1. Use your HDFC Bank Debit Card to avail DCEMI or Debit Card Full Swipe for transaction of Rs. 5000 or more and get voucher worth Rs.750
• 2. Offer valid from date of communication till 30th June 2021.
• 3. The offer is only for select customers to whom the marketing campaign has been sent. 
• 4. Offer valid for all HDFC Bank debit cards apart from Virtual, Netsafe & ATM cards.
• 5. Offer is valid on both Online/ Offline merchant transactions of Rs. 5000 or above on any category.
• 6. ATM withdrawals will not be considered for the offer.
• 7. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer eligible on HDFC Bank Debit Card.
• 8. Offer is not applicable in case of any return / cancellation of transaction. For partial cancellation offer is applicable only if the net transaction amount is more than or equal to Rs. 5,000. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer eligible on HDFC Bank Debit Card.
• . Eligible vouchers for the offer will be sent within 90 days after the offer end date ie on or before 30 September, 2021 to customers registered email ID only on best effort basis. 
• 8. Any queries/ complaints regarding the offer to be raised only after the end of TAT for Voucher fulfillment of 90 days.
• 9. Any query regarding the program will be entertained till 60 days from offer fulfillment date. Post this, the Bank will not entertain any correspondence or communication regarding this Program from the cardholders.

• 11. ATM withdrawals will not be considered for the offer.
• 12. Cancelled / Returned Transactions shall not be eligible for the offer. Customer will be eligible in case after cancellation / partial cancellation the sum total of all other transaction amounts (Net transaction amount in case of partial cancellation) done during the offer period is more than Rs. 5000. For DCEMI also customer won’t be eligible in case customer cancels the DCEMI transaction
• 13. Following purchases or payments shall not be considered for the promotional Cashback offer
•    - Investment/Insurance products
•    - Loading of wallets or Payments through wallets
•    - Credit card bill payments
•    - International transactions 
•    - Cash on Delivery
•    - Forex booking, Betting and Gambling based transactions.
•    - Funds transfer to another account using Debit Card. 
•    - Any fraudulent transaction
• 14. HDFC Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the services offered by the partner. Any dispute or claim regarding the services/offers must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with the partner directly without any reference to HDFC Bank.
• 15. HDFC Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services / assured gifts / gift vouchers availed by the Card Holder/s under the said Offer offered by The partner
• 16. HDFC Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the services.
• 17. This Offer is made available to the Customer/s selected at the discretion of HDFC Bank.
• 18. Any TAT committed with respect to receive Voucher for a promotional campaign is only indicative & may vary from the actual date of fulfilment; the Bank shall not be liable for any such delay. However, the Bank shall review the customer’s query & if eligible, shall ensure fulfilment is completed at the earliest.
• 19. In case of delay in issuance of eligible Voucher if applicable for a promotional campaign beyond the committed TAT, customer is requested to contact the Bank; the Bank shall review the same & do the fulfilment within 2-3 working days if the customer is eligible as per offer T&C.
• 20. Any person availing this offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
• 21. HDFC Bank reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
