Have not used it yet, but it's valid for UPI payment as mentioned in the terms. Will check after sometime and confirm

It's not counting any progress for me. Had a Toast Sandwich from roadside thela also but no progress.

Only condition for this offer is to scan Paytm QR code and pay through Paytm UPI...it should work

Recharged metro card in Paytm through UPI option, transaction got counted in this offer..not sure what logic they are following for the offer
