Terms & Conditions
Definitions
- “Card” shall mean an ICICI Bank VISA / MasterCard Credit Card and ICICI Bank American Express Credit Card issued by ICICI Bank, that is valid and subsisting during the Offer Period (does not include ICICI Bank EMI Card, Corporate Card, and Business Card).
- “Cardholder/s” refers to a customer to whom a Card has been issued and who is authorized to hold the Card. “Alliance Partner” shall mean “Apple” who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank for purpose of providing the Offer.
- “Instant EMI” refers to the conversion into EMI upon request by the Cardholder, of the transactions performed using the Card on EDC (Electronic Data Capture) terminal installed at participating stores or payment gateway of online merchant/s.
- “Primary Terms and Conditions” shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to the Card in addition to these Terms and Conditions. “
- “Offer”: Upto INR 10000 cashback on Apple products using ICICI Bank Credit Card EMI/Non EMI transactions & Debit Card EMI/Non EMI transaction only.
- “Offer Period” shall mean the period commencing from Jan 1st , 2022 to March 31st , 2022 (both days inclusive)
Terms & Conditions for offline stores and Pinleabs enabled PG
- The cashback offer is available on both EMI and Non-EMI transactions made using ICICI Bank Credit Card and Debit Card via the Brand EMI option on Pine Labs terminals.
- Offer is applicable on Apple Premium Resellers and Apple Authorised Resellers
- No Cost EMI is also applicable on ICICI Bank Debit and Credit Card EMI transactions on 6 month tenor only. Low Cost EMI applicable on tenors greater than 6 months.
- On MacBooks, No Cost EMI is also applicable on ICICI Bank Debit and Credit Card EMI transactions on 6, 9 and 12 month tenors. Low Cost EMI applicable on tenors greater than 12 months.
- Minimum Transaction Amount eligible for offer is 70% of the MRP.
- Offer applicable only for
- Offline (via Brand EMI) – Limited to 2 transactions for the offer period per card per OEM.
- Online (via Pine PG) – Limited to 1 transaction for the offer period per card per OEM.
- The cashback shall be credited within 120 business days from the last date of the transaction month on a best effort basis to all open and active cards members’ accounts only.
- No Cost EMI is also applicable on EMI transactions on 6-month tenures only on ICICI Bank Debit and Credit cards,
- Processing fee and GST on interest component applicable as per Bank’s terms and conditions.
- The offers may be revised or withdrawn without any prior notice.
