I received SMS that I got 2000 win-win points.. Could not find in APP. Contacted the useless chat. Luck is on myside . Some one called me and asked me to update the app to the latest version. By then, I am using the latest version only. Wrote to the customer care with images and even more luckily they responded to the email. Here is the twist
“We would like to inform you that the win win offer is only valid for 10% users of your location. However, as per our records, you are not eligible for the same.
However, we have shared your feedback with the relevant team. We look forward to giving you a better experience next time”

Dimers, have you seen such term during the promotion. I don’t remember seeing that clause or term. Kindly let me know in the fourm. I am having mixed feelings.

I am not going to trust GROFERS anymore. It is not just for the points alone. Today morning I was surpirsed to see that I have ordered and my order is going to be delviered on 16th September. No details are available on the web or app, in the orders sections.

When spoke with the customer care( the same guy) above, somehow that disappeared. It is clear to me they did not have no internal control on some things for sure and thus may create issues for some customers for sure.
