1) in scrolling it mentioned as 1% cashback 2) in heading mentioned as 5% cashback* 3) in details mentioned as upto 5% 4) in eg. mentioned 50rs cashback for 5000 transaction.
but in reality, transferred 5k on 26th 9.36pm and received 3.5rs cb on 27th 2.11pm, what a pathetic gameplay by mobikwik.
earlier mobikwik was king in framing most complicated terms and now it became king in making most misleading terms.
lodge complaint, they should honour their offer properly.
note: i did the transaction after seeing the offer, don't know exactly what were the terms at that point.
today again i have done one more reversal transfer, will update.
