It's 2020 model. Are people mad or what? It's now just 2 star.
Better check year before buying as Amazon has got some old stocks whose gas could have leaked by now and brand may deny warranty in 2023.

its 4.6 Iseer. It would be 4 star today and not 2 star.
But yea, its old stock, but they have discounted it for that. ACs generally do not go bad over time, especially if it is in packed condition, as they are designed to be exposed to the outside elements.
I have 2 godrej ACs working perfectly since 2008 for example. And it was never even once serviced,or outdoor unit cleaned.
Its not a smartphone to get outdated by years.There has been no new technologies in the past five years in Air conditioning. The only difference with the newer model is the convertible feature, which is just a software feature of giving users ability to limit the speed of the compressor while all other inverter ACs automatically choose it. Thiss feature is only useful in limited scenarios like if you want to run AC in battery, or if you want to run AC in open space.
Though I too prefer newer model but older model is okay if it is sold at a discount. Good thing about newer model is if there was some bugs or common complaints in old model it would have been fixed. But ACs have been here for so long that this is not a big issue.
