Gold chain 22k(60.96 cm, 5.24g) by Candere by Kalyan Jewellers from Tata Cliq

Not available for Chennai

I am not sure who is correct but if you check amazon and search with K000391, the result shows the same chain and if you choose 24inches(60.96 cm) it is priced at 16,743 and weight is only 3.67 gms. Really these makes me confused..

The same weight as of amazon of 3.67 gm for 24 inches, which means i can conclude tatacliq is listing it wrong

Tata Cliq clearly mentions the weight, varying by different lengths. I don’t think there is any reason to doubt. If however anything goes wrong, they do have 7 days return policy.

True bro but the same item code, same length is given a different weight in both amazon and Candere website itself, that is what i was trying to point out, it happens many times that they list it wrongly, and for tatacliq it will be a hassle to return..

I get you. It does say it will come with certificate, warranty and all documents. I have placed the order. I will report here after I receive the order.

Ya no questions about genuine item or anything, just worried about the weight part, if it is actually the one listed in tatacliq website, then loot for you.. hope for the best.

It does apply on the payment page, you have to click the option for bank offer.

I won’t think that review is a verified one. It doesn’t mention how much was the weight advertised, how much was the item he received, what did Tata Cliq respond on the issue. It’s worth taking risk, I don’t think a chain with this weight will come for below 22-23k in jewellery shops.

Further, I got an email from Tata Cliq now giving me expected arrival date or 5th Nov and it says that arrival takes these many days time because the product is made from scratch for every order. Further gives a hint that mentioned weight will be honoured.

I purchased 5 gold items in tata cliq. Weights was less in all items. Like 100mg to 350mg. Returned 3 of them.

Tanishq. Return experience was very bad. For one item it took 2 months. Others 2-3 weeks.

Any update?

Sorry I took time to update. The chain received was of less weight by 1gm, I raised concern, they gave me a refund of 1000 Rs. I got furios and wrote to the CEO. Next day I received a call from CEO office and they gave me a further refund of 3500 Rs.
Lesson learnt – From TataCliq, dont order jewellery, I still suspect ordering Goil coin should be fine.
