I am not sure who is correct but if you check amazon and search with K000391, the result shows the same chain and if you choose 24inches(60.96 cm) it is priced at 16,743 and weight is only 3.67 gms. Really these makes me confused..

The same weight as of amazon of 3.67 gm for 24 inches, which means i can conclude tatacliq is listing it wrong
Tata Cliq clearly mentions the weight, varying by different lengths. I don’t think there is any reason to doubt. If however anything goes wrong, they do have 7 days return policy.
Alreddy one review saying wrong weight.. so ignore
I won’t think that review is a verified one. It doesn’t mention how much was the weight advertised, how much was the item he received, what did Tata Cliq respond on the issue. It’s worth taking risk, I don’t think a chain with this weight will come for below 22-23k in jewellery shops.
HDFC offer not applying why then how it come to 17k

I purchased 5 gold items in tata cliq. Weights was less in all items. Like 100mg to 350mg. Returned 3 of them.
Which brand they were from? And how was your return experience?
Sorry I took time to update. The chain received was of less weight by 1gm, I raised concern, they gave me a refund of 1000 Rs. I got furios and wrote to the CEO. Next day I received a call from CEO office and they gave me a further refund of 3500 Rs.
Lesson learnt – From TataCliq, dont order jewellery, I still suspect ordering Goil coin should be fine.
