The locked scratch card expires on 30 June 2021 if you don’t unlock it.
Each qualifying transaction must be at least ₹300 to qualify for this offer.
You can earn a maximum of 1 scratch card.
Terms and Conditions:

I got it and I strongly feel they’ll give 21 rs only for doing 300+ payment, good for electric bill (if one doesn’t get user specific 50 on 300 from amazon) but not for anything else and electric bills they’re not allowing under this offer, or one can do postpaid, vu added 😐😓
Gpay don’t give anay kind of rewards now, they have loads of conditions and after that also better luck nxt time , soo have stopped using gpay
Any offers on broadband bill,need to pay for 6months.
