What's the deal here?

Is it good deal to buy? I'm getting 9000 off as exchange for my Pocp f4 5g, which I bought for 14000 around 1.5 yrs before.

The hardware is crap. The only thing good about this phone is the camera. The stock Android is buggy.

Avoid this phone at all costs. Have heard a lot of bad things about Tensor and heating/battery issues. Most of my friends regret their 6/7a purchase.

Only good thing is software and camera.

Few major issues/missing features in 6A:

-Fingerprint doesn't work sometimes even after upgrading to Android 14.

-No facelock.
-Little bit heating when using camera. But it is acceptable.

Apart from the above nothing major I found in the day to day usage.

Camera and Software both are decent.

I don't play games so can't say anything about it.

Screen quality is also good.

This will be for my wife. The main thing she look for is camera. All others an average performance is ok as she don't play games and also frequent charging should not be an issue as well. What is the good price for this phone. She is asking me for iPhone 6 pro and I don't want to spend 50K for a phone. But good quality camera is must for her.

For your requirement without a doubt, Pixel 6a is good buy at this price but you get the risk of having problems with your device. If you can take that risk then go ahead. Most of the buyers don't face any problems but the chances are higher for this phone. That's the only issue.

Got this in exchange for 7k from Google for my pixel 4a. It's a good phone. But the phone died within one day. Then went to the service center. They fixed it in one month. 😂. Then another issue I had is fingerprint sensor didn't work. Then on next phone setup I used restore from previous device option. That activated the sensor for some weird reason. Now it's working fine. Hopefully it'll keep working.

Personally I would suggest Nothing Phone 1 over this. The camera is good along with rest of the hardware. A balanced phone. But you need to wait till BBD. It will definitely come under 25K. If she really wants an iPhone then you can probably get iPhone 11 under 30K during BBD. It is a few years old but the hardware is good and the camera performance is decent. No 5G on iPhone 11 btw.

Pixel 6a is rumoured to be about 19k during BBD sales. If you can wait please wait.

Ku lena hai ye phn. Only for photos. 90% of the time u dont use camera. And u dont back chk photos. So think wisely. Bahot options hai market me.
