Simply waste of time. For rewards where one needs to select one from multiple options, random option gets applied regardless of what one picked. CS no help. The worst is that for pending cashback they demand complete bank statement showing every single entry and would not accept redacted version, ie unrelated entries blocked. Absolute invasion of privacy, not worth the risk for cashback of few rupees, IMO. If the cashback comes through well and good, if not, not worth wasting time as nothing comes of it.
BTW, the email id is [email protected], if helps As mentioned before, do not hold hopes though from them.

I have registered complaint in RBI. And consumer forum you should also do that
