I had faced the same ordeal with them before. I can empathize with you. For me, the issue was that item was not even picked up for return after they sent me the incorrect product. Getting that picked up itself took 20+ days and then another 10-12 days for getting the refund. 
Ordered a product, 6months back..no tracking ,no shipping ..waited for 3months..then they refunded a money..worst site.
ordered one for my son…
Customer service of this and ajio both are the worst.
My credit card got hacked after ordering on this . Beware
