This offer is valid on retail spends and on transactions made through HDFC Bank Credit Cards between April 07 2021 and April 30 2021.

It looks like this offer has been rolled out in multiple phases. I got the email around mid April (and the “offer from” date co-incides with the stmt. date), maybe now HDFC is sending the offer based on stmt. date?
I’ve got the 7K INR voucher offer with this promo on Infinia and it is definitely a lucrative one.
Apart from this, there are also other offers getting rolled out in parallel, for ex, Get Bonus Points (ex:1000) on spending at different merchant categories for spends done on Add-on card.

Got this offer on my HDFC Millennia Add-on credit card. Its targeted promo as well.
DFC offers are getting better now with better brands available for redemption; higher voucher value as this is the first time I’ve seen a 7000 INR voucher on HDFC spend linked offers. However, this also comes with higher spend requirement.
Overall the reward rate is pretty good, at around 5% on spend as voucher (in my case), apart from the regular reward points. So as usual Amex & HDFC are busy sending out aggressive offers this April.

You can spend it on nobroker rent payment or housing rent payment. Nobroker, housing rent payment doesn’t require your Rent agreement.
You will be charged 1% extra but on most credit cards that comes back as rewards.
