@SS3321 Yeah, but on 2 conditions u need to opt for couple of products such as smart pay, balance transfer, g-emi, etc. and need to continue to keep it ltf. If you discontinue the product then annual fee will be levied

if you take help from bank representative you will not get cb. probably the agent will get commission if he helps you. it’s always like this with hdfc

I doubt. Last time I tried applying with Payzapp, application was accepted but few days later they declined saying already have regelia or existing CC. What’s best HDFC credit card?

Beware of this skim, because I got this type card from offline provider , they said its life time free I just have to use smartpay for auto payment, for that I gave light bill, they said it won’t work it its not on my name, so I got insurance for that for EMI, so it can auto debit from smart pay, but now I got gold form Amazon, instead adding my ins to EMI, they converted my gold amount to EMI, what a shit head.

Link with Smartpay & pay 3 automatic bills & it will be converted to LTF which you can also confirm by calling HDFC customer care by call…If after 90 days or so, they still say that the card is not LTF, then close the card…As simple as that…

I also got this and it opened SmartPay setup page with only 3 options (Postpaid | DTH | RentPay)

But I don’t want to do that as it will breach the terms and conditions for LTF. Am I doing something wrong?
For non-premium ones, do 12+ ₹500+ in 90days and your CC automatically qualifies for life time free. 6+ for First year free.
Isn’t it only 3 months of smartpay of 500+? Do I have to do 12×500 smartpay payments to get Millennia cc?

I have applied on my wife’s account and have already got e credit card in email but I don’t have any income proof of her so will it get rejected later??

It is saying customer executive will get in touch for non-existing customer option. Which means I will break the criteria for LTF (No contact with HDFC person)

Either, you’ll get a new one or you won’t.
Also, if a card gets upgraded, its previous cashbacks/rps and offers are lost, too.
For new applicants a word of wisdom, keep your docs ready before you proceed. HDFC application is notorious for expecting a perfect world application process.
HDFC may reject your LTF offer later, if a Cust. Care executive help is provided. So, don’t pick the phone until the application process is done.
Guys, literally the same thing just happened to me. But I submitted my application online, it was pre-approved yesterday and I had uploaded my documents too.
Today a Cust care exec called and mistakenly I had given the application ref number, not sure if this void the LTF application? I guess did a mistake by sharing the ref number, but others beware and don’t fall into this trap.

I feel like hdfc is playing us with the terms and conditions. The condition to meet LTF is to opt for smartpay and oneassist ( 499 Rs. Per year) / easy emi (199 Rs per request + minimum 15k order + no reward points on order ~ 400 Rs.), balance transfer also has its confusing T & Cs. Remember that they mentioned in T & C, that if smartpay etc is cancelled, they’ll levy fees. So essentially all the time you’ve to stay opted for smartpay+ other option. Confusing, essentially it’s their way of charging 500rs every year saying its LTF.

Firstly Infinia cannot be ltf also for Infinia pre approved offer you need to have a really good relationship with bank.
smartpay provides a 5% cashback capped at 150 per month for a year
