no it is there . even on 10th jan i paid a credit card bill through debit card. however cash back not received for transaction done on rupay debit card.

I recently redeemed rewards points against statement credit in my millennia card. The billed amount was less than rewards, what about the excess rewards ? Can I use excess amount and will my limit remain intact ?

No, hdfc rupay cards only eligible for bank card offers on shopping sites, the common 5% smartbuy offer & rupay exclusive offers.

thanks for info. i have deliberately taken rupay card for airport lounges. now a days no travel and feel losing 1% on bill payments. large bills to pay in coming month.
