Apply for card and give pan card details from neu app.. they will make a hard inquiry and then leave application on last page when they show charges.. do some transaction on neu app and check again after some days .. you will see this as ltf

Rupay any day... IMO. There are more offers on Rupay cards these days than any other platform. Plus you can use it on BHIM UPI for all UPI based payments which so far you were doing through bank account.. So additional rewards as well....

Confirmed on Twitter they are saying
"please note that if you have received the invite message along with life time free card, then it would be considered as a Lifetime card and no charges would be levied if the entire process is completed before 30th April. first card was FYF at the time of application, but after getting card i called CC about annual fees, surprisingly they said my card is LTF. To double check emailed and got reply it's LTF.😊
