Lifetime Free HDFC Tata Neu Credit Cards (may be user specific)

If you are new to Tata Neu and looking for Tata New LTF Credit card. Then follow below steps

1) Download App from play store

2) Register with your email and mobile number (Use same which you have used for any other Credit card / used to view CIBIL score)

3) Now find Credit card option in app and click on it.

4) If it is showing renewal charges then start process of applying for it.

5) Enter Pan card and Date of birth etc. basic correct details

6) Go till bank statement upload page and do not upload any statement.

7) Close your app and check your CIBIL score in same app (Hope score >725)

8) Now wait for 2 days and After 2 days open app and upload 6 month bank statement

9) That set now you will see Renewal fee as 0.

For me it showing LTF for plus Variant but not asked which variant to choose.. If I apply which Variant will I get ( rupay or visa ).. I want only rupay.. so confused

Card Approved and showing in tataneu app with temporary limit of 5k.
No kyc done since I already hold savings salary acct and Millennia cc from HDFC.
How to ensure that it's ltf indeed?

Received physical card. Lifetime free not mentioned on the letter. How do I confirm it's lifetime free?

Is anyone able to generate card pin through IVRS? For me its always saying that invalid card entry. The instruction flyer with card asks to enter the full credit card number whereas its Hindi version asks last 4 digits. Tried both but getting invalid card entry and call getting disconnected. I dont have HDFC savings a/c, any other way to generate the pin?

Edit: Seems there was issue in pin generation from HDFC. Now its working fine and able to generate pin. Thanks

Got LTF Plus Rupay Platinum variant with ₹92K limit. No prior relation with HDFC and they didn't ask income proof, just VKYC

@abhishek012 @guest_999 Just received  Rupay Tata Neu Infinity HDFC  Card after applying from the app.

Can you guys please let me know the rewards & its effective usage for various purposes (Rupay CC & otherwise)? 

@abhishek012 Is the 10% cashback upto Rs.100 offer for Rupay Credit card linkage via UPI still working? Can we get it to pay any bills on BHIM UPI app and select the linked Rupay CC for payment? Please confirm

when do they remove the temporary limit of 5000 and make it full as per existing hdfc card?
5 days already gone and my limit is still showing as 5000.

My Time Line:

applied on 10th,VKYC done on same day...No Prior relationship with HDFC,No Physical Verification.Digital card generated on 15th(15k limit). Waiting for dispatch of physical card.

applied for fyf offer in neu app. Had infinia so it showed shared limit will be offered as Infinia but after 5 days declined, as apparently "incorrect documents were submitted by me". What can I do for now? I saw some post about complaining to RBI about false reason for credit application rejection. can anyone help out with it?

Finally , Tata NeuCard Infinity Digital card is issued for me with a temporary credit limit of 5000. Also,mesaage received that credit limit will be enhanced to my existing HDFC Bank credit card limit within 5 working days.

Timeline:

13th Apr  - Applied and VKYC done

19th Apr - Home Verification ( asked questions like own/rented property, since how many years staying at this address, are you single earner in this family? Asked to give some water also )

20th Apr - Temporary Digital Card issued

earlier they used to offer option between visa and rupay, this time no such option is there.

In Tata Neu app, it is showing renewal fees for both cards. But I received mail from Tata Neu, in top - Zero Joining fees is mentioned, but in the bottom of mail, it is mentioned lifetime free. Anybody received mail.like this and applied for card?

While applying It is showing no joining fees only. Those who got offer in Tata Neu app as lifetimefree, while applying it showed life time free or no joining fees? Pls reply

My journey towards Tata neu infinity card..

Note: Im already a HDFC account and credit card holder..

The Tata neu app was always showing fyf for both the cards.

But I started receiving ltf sms and email from Tata neu starting from 1st April 2023.

So i went ahead and applied on 21 April..

After entering the PAN details and waiting for 90 second timer..both infinity and plus was shown as ltf..with shared limit of existing hdfc credit card..

Went ahead and applied for infinity and chose the rupay network..

Logged in to hdfc net banking for confirmation.. now status shown as Verification under process..

The same day at around 3pm.. digital card was issued and I could see the same in the app..

Waiting for card delivery now..
