Try switching between this and normal iodine salt because this Himalayan salt doesn't have iodine!! But it has all the other crucial ions hence keep switching!!
Just a suggestion and precaution, it contains insane levels of potassium. If your kidneys are not strong enough to process and excrete excess potassium, it can lead to severe heart stroke or very weak pulse rate. Kindly consult before giving this salt to elders in your family.
