Stay away from Hindware.
Customer support is almost DEAD. If any spare parts required, then no one helps, Disposing product is the only option.
I brought Hindware Product: Hindware Elisa Plus 3B Cooktop 78Cm 3 Burner Stove, now some spare parts required, I am struggling since two months, no one is responding. When you call customer support, they will open a ticket and that ticket will be open for some 15 to 20 days, and after Agent fraudster closes the ticket with the fake/false reason "Ticket cancelled as per customer request"
I have raised multiple tickets for the last 2 MONTHS for some simple spare parts.
