The concept looks cool but can someone help me understand how are 5 printed photos worth Rs 500?
Even if the photo is said to be smart, I guess a user has to provide both the photo and video to the homingos app. The app then uploads the video and stores it in their server for hopefully lifetime. The customer then gets a regular photo printed on photo paper (usually Rs 5-10) that has a hidden link just like in a QR code. When the app is used to scan the photo, it just detects and loads the link from the photo and plays it from their server. So are we just paying them extra to store the video for a lifetime? 
If it’s possible to play the video without being connected to the internet even for the first time, then the idea is really revolutionary and worth paying for.
