The reason i'm asking because my chldren uses the mobile most, so i'm worrying about their eyes. Please suggest.
Expensive walnut cracker ... 🤗
I am not an expert at this but the health risk comes from focusing on a 6" screen with bad postures and ergonomics. I don't think one or the other dimming technology is going to make one or the other phone a lot safer.
If you are that worried about your kids' eyes and if it is feasible, have them use a desktop with a 24-27" monitor at over an arm's length in a computer chair with the keyboard at elbow level with bright daywhite white lights overhead. I discourage laptops for kids because they encourage bad posture and most kids don't handle laptops carefully enough (e.g. using it on a bed with mattress, holding it by the screen, shutting down the lid hard when angry, not seeing if the charging cord is getting bent etc). If they must use a phone then use app timers and parental / app locks.
P.S. - I have always disliked every single Chinese phone manufacturer for keeping software secondary (especially Android upgrades) ever since smartphones appeared. Yes, some are finally matching Samsung (4 OS upgrades / 5 yrs of security patches) for only their flagships out of shame nowadays but now there are even more reasons to have a personal hatred for everything Chinese.

Any mobile that uses an LCD panel has DC dimming technique. Avoid OLED. 🙂🙂🙂

This doesn't seem to be a significant risk. Much more important is the total screen time and the display brightness (too high even in dim or even totally dark environments). Of course nowadays nutritional deficiencies even in affluent families is another pressing concern. Google DES. By and large temporary and complete recovery is possible after some weeks of cessation.

It's bro I can't tolerate more than 30-35% of brightness indoors with bulbs on
For sustained longer hours
Although it looks good screen experience in bit higher brightness
In my opinion it largely affects eyes

One more thing if pwm frequency is high then eye won't get affected by it. 🙂🙂🙂

Your sensitivity to bulbs is not related to PWM based dimming as the vast majority can't be dimmed at all!
Auto brightness, even in iOS devices always seem to prefer higher brightness than necessary so I have setup Tasker take charge.
I don't care for LED bulbs as well so for reading purposes I still use a good old CFL tubelight though most of the time I use a tablelamp (fitted with an LED but with a filter to result in warm yellow light ).

Restrictions on Huawei

I had a Honor 7x which got stolen last year then I purchased realme 9i. I can say that honor phones are much better. Realme phones have shitty RAM management and lags too.
