Chrome OS Flex is still in Testing phase - and currently not supported by all hardware. And it can not be installed as a parallel dual boot OS unlike Linux.
Special Note: Chrome OS in general is of no use. Only browsing and limited android like apps - ms word etc. So better to go for Windows Laptop.
