Added Rs. 3000 (2 times) and got cashback of Rs. 50×2 in 2 transactions.
Then made 3 payments of Rs. 750, Rs. 755 and Rs. 760 using pockets upi to my paytm upi and got Rs. 25×3 cashback in 3 transactions.
Lastly send money using pockets linked bank account to another upi id of Rs. 750, Rs. 755 and Rs. 760 and got cashback of Rs. 25×3 in last 3 transactions.

i HAVENT SEEN MORE WORSE APP THAN THIS … ALWAYS PROBLEMS ! CANT EVEN DO KYC IN THIS
I am new to ICICI Pockets. Once we load the Pockets wallet with balance, can we transfer any amount any time back to any bank account? Or are there any restrictions or conditions? I have full KYC on Pockets but I am afraid to add any balance until I can be sure that wallet balance can be transferred back to some bank account ?
I didn’t get any voucher for transaction on ICICI app during the April offer. So not gonna use it again this time.

How is this different from the other UPI tranx ?
You can link any bank account with your pockets app. Click on “BHIM UPI” option on home screen under payments section and link your bank. Now when you send money using pockets app choose @ pockets to send money from your pockets wallet account and choose @ icici to send money from linked bank account
Do I need to do anything? I am not getting the cashback.
Cashback is most probably given to 25 users per hour. So if you are not getting cashback for a transaction try again at the starting minutes of a fresh hour
Getting technical error for upi payments using @ icici 
Same issue here
1. Sending from UPI linked bank account worked 25×3
2. Sending from pockets UPI, not getting anything
3. Added twice 3k, nothing
