What ways are available to move out money from Pockets Min. KYC accounts? Paying CC bills via Cred stopped working over a month ago, Paytm is charging convenience fees for Netbanking loads, Netbanking was altogether absent as an option in Airtel Payments Bank for several months and Pockets debit card was being recognized as a credit card perhaps and wasn't working in APB.

not clear on this. Tried but no luck.
The people who update/post the Pockets related posts/thread on DD don't want to answer any questions. Whenever I have asked anything, never got any answer.
How the hell do you reset the password in this app? After few attempts it has got locked and i dont have an icici acc so when i try to ask for reset link it just says phone not linked to the bank etc.
Go to ICICI Netbanking site and choose the option "Forgot User ID/Password". Pretty easy. I have used it a fair few times in the past.
Rs 3k debited from bank account but not credited to Pockets Wallet. I think it's because of breaching the 10k limit for min KYC accounts. I had already loaded 9k this month before sending another 3k. In this particular account directly loading Wallet from the registered bank account wasn't working since the beginning so I was loading it by sending money via UPI to pockets.mobilenumber@icici. Should I contact Pockets customer service or wait some days?
