Offer
The program is valid for the IDFC FIRST BANK Limited Credit Cardholder/s only and shall be valid and subsisting during the Offer Period, unless otherwise notified by IDFC FIRST BANK Limited .

Cardholder can refer his friend/relative through Referral Program. Referrer will get 2000 bonus points on successful card setup of the Referee in his/her credit card account.

Referee will earn 2000 bonus reward points by making a minimum transaction of Rs.500 within 30 days of card setup

Referrer can earn a maximum of 10,000 bonus reward points under the Referral Program

The Referee should not have a live IDFC FIRST BANK Limited credit card, only then the Referral and Referee are eligible for program benefits

The bonus reward points will be credited to Referrer credit card account within 30 days of successful card setup.

The bonus reward points will be credited to Referee credit card account within 30 days of fulfilling the eligibility condition as mentioned above.

Card applications received only through referral link shared by IDFC FIRST Bank and initiated by the Referee shall only be eligible for IDFC FIRST BANK Limited Credit Card Referral Program

Other Terms and Conditions:
This Referral Program is valid on the following IDFC FIRST BANK Limited Credit Cards – FIRST Classic, FIRST Millennia, FIRST Select and FIRST Wealth and any other credit cards as introduced by the Bank from time to time.

The Offer is not applicable in case, at the time of applying for the credit card, the Referee is an existing IDFC FIRST BANK Limited customer

IDFC FIRST BANK Limited employees shall not be eligible for bonus reward points, either as a Referrer or as a Referee under the Referral Program.

If a Referrer ceases to be a Cardholder, at any time during the Offer Period, all the benefits under the program shall lapse and shall no more be available to such Cardholder.

If the Referrer cancels his/her card before the Referee receives the bonus rewards under the Referral Program, the Referee will still be eligible for the bonus rewards

In cases of more than one Referrer providing the same reference, the link used to apply for the card will be considered as final while deciding the Referrer. In the event of a dispute, IDFC FIRST Bank shall have the sole and final discretion in deciding the first Referrer.

The Referrer confirms having obtained the consent of the person being referred for providing his/her details to IDFC FIRST BANK Limited.

Referral Program is not applicable on the issuance of Add-on Card.

All queries with regards to the reward points will be valid/open for escalation only up to 90 days from successful card setup date.

General Terms and Conditions of IDFC Bank are applicable and nothing contained herein shall prejudice or affect the terms and conditions of the card member agreement. The terms of this Offer shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the terms contained in the card members agreement.

The participation in the program is entirely voluntary and it is understood, that the participation by the Referrer shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.

Issuance of Credit Cards shall be at the sole discretion of IDFC FIRST BANK Limited and is subject to internal processing.

In all matters relating to the program, the decision of IDFC FIRST BANK Limited shall be final and binding in all respects.

These Terms and Conditions shall be in addition to and not in substitution / derogation to the terms and conditions governing the Facility / Primary Terms and Conditions. All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings ascribed to it in the terms and conditions applicable to the Facility / Primary Terms and Conditions.

IDFC FIRST Bank reserves the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the program without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation, whatsoever. IDFC FIRST BANK Limited also reserves the right to discontinue the program without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation, whatsoever.

This Offer shall be subject to all applicable laws, rules and regulations which are in existence and which may be promulgated anytime by any statutory authority.

Any dispute relating to this Offer shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai Courts

IDFC FIRST BANK Limited holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered by the franchisees of alliance partner. Any dispute or claim regarding the products and must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with the franchisees of alliance partner directly without any reference to IDFC FIRST BANK Limited.

IDFC FIRST BANK Limited reserves the right to disqualify the Card Holder/s from the benefits of the Offer and recover any benefits accrued through the program, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.

Definitions:
“Card” shall mean Credit card (VISA/ Mastercard) which has been issued by IDFC FIRST BANK Limited and is valid and subsisting during the Program/Offer Period.

“Card Holder(s)” or “Primary Card Holder” shall mean such customer(s) to whom a Card has been issued and who is authorized to hold the Card.

“Add-on Card’ means an additional Card issued to a person nominated by the Primary Card Holder.

“Referrer(s)” for the purpose of this program shall mean an existing IDFC FIRST BANK Limited card holder, who uses Referral program and has referred a Referee for availing of products offered by IDFC FIRST BANK Limited

“Referee(s)”, for the purposes of this Offer shall be the individual who has been referred for the products/services by the Referrer.

‘Application’ shall mean an application for a credit/ charge Card by the applicant or Card-member to IDFC FIRST BANK Limited through various modes of applying, including but not limited to, duly signed and filled physical Card application form, tele-application (over a recorded phone line) and electronic medium (Internet/ email).

“Referral Program” shall mean the facility under which the Referrer(s) shall refer the Referee(s) to products offered by IDFC FIRST BANK Limited.

“Offer Period" shall mean the period commencing from Aug 15, 2021 to Aug 31, 2022, both days inclusive

“Offer” shall mean:

2000 Bonus reward points will be awarded to Referrer by IDFC FIRST BANK Limited on successful card setup of the Referee during the Offer Period through the referral platform.

2000 Bonus reward points will be awarded to Referee by IDFC FIRST BANK Limited on making a minimum transaction of Rs.500 within 30 days of card setup

“Primary Terms and Conditions” shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to IDFC FIRST BANK’s Limited cards facility/service.
