I already warned about that from my experience. Seller can update the status on his own .
Post your issue on FK Twitter handle. If they can't solve it then nobody can.
When I ordered Inverter battery, it got delivered locally within 24hrs and I got info that it just shipped without courier details and after delivery by local person in evening , next morning status updated to delivered.
