DON'T ORDER BEFORE INSPECTING, He is selling a 4090 for 50k....... OMG ofc he is a fraudster....
so cancel the order?
May be inside the box you will get GT 710 graphics card
Update : Scam seller resuming order from his side even after being cancelled. Make sure to cancel it again and just to be on the safe side contact Flipkart and assure your refund. He resumed my order three times which further gonna delay my refund. Beware he also changed his seller name to FAXYKIY
Only two reasons for a loot deal
1. Price error
2. Scam
If the seller is a small-time third party seller and the order gets past shipping stage then second reason is the most likely one (Since they got to pack and ship the products themselves)

He did not even bothered with giving tracking ID
Seller must be aware of the loopholes in Flipkart policy that's why taking this risk to Scam in a legal way.
A lot of mining cards and refurbished cards were already available to him which he can send to us.
When you raise complain to FK CC about receiving a used card , FK will take confirmation from seller and here seller will reject the return.
FK CC can't do anything if seller rejects your claim of receiving used product and CC will give resolution to contact at service centre and will close the case.
Update : after cancelling order 4 times. It automatically got resumed again and now it says delivered. Flipkart is not calling back and when they do call gets disconnected, chat is also not helping.

Ditto, happened to somebody, GPU order cancelled by buyer but shows delivered after 4 days of cancellation. Now shows 'refund cancelled.' Also no invoice available on order page. File complaint on Ingramgovt consumer helpline portal. Tweet, FB and tag Inno3D to grab eyeballs. After a few days file consumer forum case. It's easy to do so now a days and new Consumer laws are quite strict on online sellers, they can't hide behind the screen of ONLY being a market place hence not responsible shit. Email: [email protected] [email protected] Credit card says can't block or charge back the transaction, you have to talk to Flipkart. FK allowed a scamster impersonating as Inno3d on its portal thus aiding in the scam. This seems to be an epic level scam. Make noise, big noise ! And fun would be, when you goto Consumer court pray for the GPU to be delivered to you in front of Forum members complete with invoice with serial number box and everything.

I talked to axis and idfc regarding this as I used their cards and axis agreed to do chargeback, idfc said they will take another day to investigate. Flipkart as usual not helpful just mailing me that they tried to reach on call to me which or course they didn't. I want to know what that guy did and does this process include going to physical court ?

just look at this like how dumb is Flipkart, it clearly shows I canceled it and then it says it got delivered at 11.59 pm which is also midnight like really, they believe this is an appropriate time for delivery in a small city like mine? I wonder if they will ask me for proof that I really rejected delivery at midnight or gave otp. Of course, delivery never happened. They closed my request and now reopening so all the communication since 22 dec is in vain.

Even if FK ends up processing the payment to the seller bank account, you should still be able to get your money back (They add negative balance to his account, recover it via future sales or via legal options)

Good that FK is making the calls now. There are many complaints on the seller already and it seems they've up his remittance on hold. Extending delivery deadline and changing shipping/delivery status is also deliberate such that Buyer wouldn't be able to raise a dispute against him on time
Seller agrees that the transaction price paid by a Buyer will be remitted to a Seller’s bank account contingent upon the following events:
- Buyer confirms the delivery of products and / or services in the transaction;
- Buyer does not take any action on payment facility to confirm delivery within such a time period as provided in the policies despite confirmation of dispatch of products and / or services by a Seller to the Buyer;
- Buyer’s refund claim is rejected by Flipkart due to any breach of the ToU, policies, and any applicable law;
- Once the transaction is completed by the Seller, the remittance to Seller shall be made in accordance with RBI Intermediary Guidelines.

But what i should do now.
Flipkart is closing my complaint again and again
Today they said they can't help as seller is sharing my signed paper screenshot

Tell them it is fake and that you aren't alone in this. Keep in touch with twitter support and mail escalations team again. And keep a tab on your credit card chargeback timeline, if the deadline is near then raise it

I think seller is too smart
And he has contacts in flipkart team also .....As Today when I rcvd call Executive didn't show any interest to solve the issue.
When I asked him to share AWB. number or Delivery company name. He didn't given me any information. Also
What is the source of this deal ? .I mean who posted this deal first
DD or telegram
As seller spread this deal intentionally. So may be seller is know all our steps.

Seller is non-FK assured and this alone reason was enough to not to fall in trap.
I already warned that the deal is a SCAM but in spite of that many people ordered it.
I thought seller would deliver a refurbished card but seller thought one step ahead and instead scammed the FK officials with fake POD .
Charge-back is the only option available now to get back the money. Your FK account may get blocked after reversal.
