In my case, I ordered two cards.I cancelled both on second day. Flipkart canceled one and initiated the refund but they are considering second one as delivered and won't do anything from their side, thankfully I used IDFC so they will see what we have to do now as I have email from flipkart mentioning both order ID saying that if they will give resolution in 2 days , they will do manual refund. They did that for one but not the other.

they gave this tracking ID 198632100002907 after calling cc and Flipkart actually believes this is legit.😓

I think somebody in flipkart side is deleting all the raised complains. Everytime I call them, they just cannot track progress of the issue, Huge company with no system of tickets. Even if I tell them check the resolved tickets, they say you can't find any :/ Thankfully I have emails so I guess that will help for chargeback or maybe build a case.

well in my case i went for rtx 4080 thinking that 30 series card would be used ones.

i ordered on 23rd 12.50 pm and recd email on 24th noon that product has been delivered to me 24th at 11.59 pm, approx 10 hours in advance. 

i called cc and told them product is not delivered so they checked and told me that it is not even picked by seller and wrongly updated in system as delivered.

they kept saying this for 5 days and after 5 days they told that it is delivered and closed my complaint

then i again called cc on 29th and told them that it is not delivered so they took another complaint. and i kept getting daily update calls from flipkart saying that issue will be resolved in next24-48 hours and they have asked for proof of delivery from seller.

today i got a call from cc saying that seller has provided POD and it has my sign and they sent me pdf of POD.

It was a joke of a POD, it was manually edited PDF and shows a delhivery tracking number and some fake sign. it was so fake that it had delivery date as 12th Jan (11 days before my order date) and tracking number was not working on delhivery website.

i have highlighted all to them, lets see what happens
