We are taking dig on this poor lounge service whereas is a matter of regret even after IRCTC contract, I suggest for the betterment of public service @aam_aadmi whenever you guy’s confront such pathetic service raise issue/complaint so that gradually this carelessness stops what say?

We understand that there are huge constraints in running a premium service for budget sensitive customers in India. Something is still better than nothing. I don't think with a rent of Rs. 86 per person it is possible to maintain such high standards at Sealdah. Good to hear that at Delhi things are better, but there prices may also be higher than others, plus Govt may be trying to showcase this to tourists at their expense.
