How to connect to laptop or phone seems need to buy again some other tech with this can somebody tell cheap way for it ?

Connect using Usb cable that comes with it

No it's not having usb interface it's something xlr and some phantom supply and all I need to buy seprate making me think should I even buy then making it more complex that it's not a complete simple solution

As you requested manao it's complete set steal price lowest on all sites I could find

It needs XLR cable and a power supply.. Additional 2.5k needed for that.. Don't go for this unless you have the other equipment already

You’ll need a 3.5mm Male to XLR Female cable to use this on a DAC or a XLR to USB cable to use on a laptop. I would suggest to go for a usb mic instead of this.
