By adding some items some payment methods like twid pay disappears there may be some glitch or done purposely so by removing single items one by one and go to payment page everytime and check because of which product its happening so order that product seperately

All the products ordered should be have merchant name of reliance retail to get twid pay option . Check your ordered all items having same merchant name.
