What is the Offer?
- 10% cashback on transactions through Simpl up to ₹ 100/- for the eligible orders placed on JioMart App, JioMart mobile-site or website.
- This offer is applicable only on transactions of ₹500 and above.
- This offer is applicable for payments made by Simpl and not applicable on any other payment mode including cash-on-delivery.
What is the Offer Period?
- From 00:00 hrs on 10th April, 2021, to 23:59 hrs 30th April 2021.
How do I check if the product is eligible for the Offer?
- Offer will be listed on the product page, please check before making the purchase.
When and how will I receive the cashback?
Redemption Process:
- Login to JioMart.com (Mobile App/Mobile Site/Website).
- Add eligible products to the cart.
- Proceed to checkout.
- Select Simpl option on Payments Page
- Complete your transaction using your Simpl account balance.
- Eligible Users will receive 10% cashback amount in their Simpl account post settlement of the bill.
- Offer can be availed only once during the Offer Period by a user.
How will I know if I will get the cashback?
- User will be able to view the cashback credited in the Transaction tab of Simpl platform after completion of return, refund and cancellation period.
Where should I contact in case I didn’t receive the cashback in Simpl account within 30 days?
- User should contact Simpl User care from the help section on Simpl app.
