How does the offer work?
Any customer who signs up for an Audible membership between 4th May – 7th May (offer starting from 3rd May 12PM for Prime members) will receive a cashback of INR 199 in Amazon Pay wallet.
Who is eligible for the offer?
Any customer who has never signed up for an Audible membership will receive the cashback. Only one membership sign up during the offer period will qualify for a cashback.
What is the eligibility criteria to sign up for Audible membership?
To sign up for the Audible recurring billing membership, customer needs to sign up using any domestic credit card or ICICI, Kotak, Citibank debit card. To sign up for any prepaid membership offer, any digital payment method (debit card, credit card, Netbanking) is eligible. Amazon Pay is not an eligible payment method for any Audible membership.
What are the membership types I can subscribe to avail the offer?
There are 4 types of Membership Plans: (i) Monthly Recurring (INR 199/month); (ii) 1 Month Prepaid (INR 299); (iii) 6 Months Prepaid (INR 1345); (iv) 12 Months Prepaid (INR 2332).
How will I know when I receive the cashback?
An email will be sent to the customer by May 13th with the subject line: “You’ve been issued a cashback of Rs 199 for your Audible membership”.
What if I cancel the membership?
You will not be eligible for the cashback if you cancel the membership.
My payment failed while placing the order, will I be eligible for the cashback?
If your payment failed, you will have to try signing up again. Cashback will be allotted only to confirmed orders with valid card as payment instrument.

Offer Terms and Conditions
This “APay Cashback offer for Audible Membership Trial” (the “Offer”) is made available by Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited (“APIPL”).

The Offer is open to customers of Amazon.in with an APay wallet and a domestic credit card who have never signed up for an Audible Membership Plan from www.amazon.in/A...le (“Eligible Customers”).

These Offer terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) are in addition to the terms and conditions applicable to the Amazon Pay Terms and Conditions (“APay Terms”). To the extent the APay Terms are inconsistent with these Offer T&Cs; these Offer T&Cs shall prevail with respect to the Offer only.

The validity of the Offer is from 3rd May, 12PM IST to 7th May 11:59 PM IST for Prime Members, 4th May, midnight to 7th May, 11:59 PM for regular Amazon customers (“Offer Period”), unless extended or revoked without notice and without liability by APIPL, at its sole discretion.

Under this Offer, subject to these Offer T&Cs, cashback will be provided to Eligible Customers who sign up for Audible Membership Plans and become Audible Members during the Offer Period. Eligible Customers who satisfy the criteria provided above will be eligible to receive a cashback of an amount equivalent to: INR 199.

Such cashbacks will be credited to the Eligible Customer’s Amazon.in account approximately 5 days from the sale end date max by May 13th provided the customer doesn’t cancel the membership.

In case the Eligible Customer cancels or terminates his or her Amazon.in account at the time of the cashback, the Eligible Customer shall no longer qualify for the Offer.

Any disputes arising out of this Offer will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.

Eligible customers are not bound in any manner to participate in the Offer. Any such participation is voluntary.

APIPL reserve the right to extend or withdraw the Offer, or modify or change any of the T&Cs at any time without prior notice and without any liability.
