Best solution for this is stay away from kotak811 account even I faced same issue my Rs. 300 amazon voucher for Rs. 1000 transaction is not yet received, I send them several emails along with tweets they told me you are not eligible for voucher but denied to share reason for it. Now I rarely use kotak811 account & keep just Rs. 1 in it.

Those received are for july offer and not for aug offer I think.
That means I’ll receive again for August and October offer? 
since last 2 weeks I have been chasing Kotak for this offer but everytime they just reply saying share the offer mailer.
I told the cc that there was no mailer and the offer was visible on their website but they stopped responding.
If anyone has the mailer please pm me.
Finally after chasing them for 2-3 weeks over mails, they finally sent me the 200 voucher.

I have done this as per the offer terms, but still have not received any amazon voucher, when I contacted kotak customer care, I got the vague reply, what to do? how can I do amazon transaction on Kotak UPI?
(I did selected email goft card at amazon, selected KOTAK UPI there as payment, and opened the Kotak mobile app and completed the UPI transaction by approving it.
Can some one please advice? is there anything wrong I did as per t&C?
