Code is a genuine code. I have seen many of my office friends using this code in the past. For the default config laptops, the delivery was quick in 2 days. But so far they did not have to go thru customer service, so not sure about the post-sales customer service.
It’s excellent actually. They give same type of service, when we buy from Flipkart and Amazon. Yes, this device has no onsite warranty support. That’s a problem

I just checked my lenovo account (https://support.lenovo.com/in/en/account/m...er). And it shows the product has already been delivered to me.
I became concerned and called nd commerce (peole who handle lenovo products in India), and they told me the product is in procurement stage and will take atleast 4 weeks to deliver.

Guys did you opt for 144hz screen? I opted for 60hz to avoid floor price error – but now wondering if I should cancel and re-order with 144hz screen (and forego some other upgrades).
its not possible to cancel at this point i guess. And even if its possible to cancel, you wont get that kind of specification at that price pont anymore.
even i have some regrets about changing one or two things during customization. But for the price i paid i am happy, as long as i receive the laptop.
Bro, now nothing can be done. Btw, which version of display did you choose:? Default 60Hz 250 nits or 60Hz 300 nits. The default one is a shitty one. It covers only 45% NTSC color gamut, 300nit version covers 72% i.e. 100% sRGB color space.

All – I got 13 sep delivery estimate as well with 5k cashback as goodwill against delay. I had ordered 2060/60hz/32gb ram/1tb ssd.
Also I was told to register with my order ID at buylenovo website for extended warranty. Saw an option of 3 year accidental and extended warranty for 3k so registered. They are yet to verify my request and ask me to pay. Perhaps can adjust this cashback against that. Or may ask them to upgrade screen to 144hz instead.
