Computer and Mobile both have reading mode to filter blue light directly from the screen. I am wondering what will be the use of blue light filter in a glass then?

The night mode you're using in computer & mobile is itself a fake 😃.. Practically it will not reduce blue light😜.... it just creates an yellow tint which reduces its brightness! Thats it😇 (Eyeglasses with blue light filter is next level marketing gimmick)
Every digital screen is dangerous to our eyes if we spend more time in it.. Sometimes watching screen with dimming screen brightness than optimal level will also creates strain to our eyes thereby induces dual-vision effect. Always give some gap and practice some eye muscle exercise & blink frequently.
