Infact, they won’t give refund/replacement for any electronic product if received damaged or defective. They will clearly deny your request saying contact service center even fault is at their end.

but yes flipkart & amazon’s delivery guys open the content in front of you and incase of damage one can still reject it.

That’s the harsh reality of Tata Cliq.

Bank offers are really good there with 15% upto Rs 3000 but we never know in what condition we will receive the product.

Its just like Paytm, dependent on 3rd party sellers & courier partners who can do fraud with customers and loop holes in Tata Cliq policies will save them.

Its better to buy costly products from Amazon for any unpredictable and unfortunate situation.

Flipkart return policy is also not that great but there’s chance of fraud is less as most products are sold by their own seller. 

I bought a 43" model of the same TV from Chroma and did not have any issues. Tatacliq and Chroma should have same suppliers and am surprised that people have issues.
