Lg gram is lightweight laptop with great battery backup which comes around 80k that's why its l00t if u see feature wise its nothing extraordinary

You won't get those specs at that price , it has a very good display, color accuracy is far better than regular laptop  and light weight, good battery backup etc

I returned the laptop as battery was not charging. Battery was stucked at 0% eveni got  battery replaced from service center but replacement battery was also not charging. So returned the laptop for refund

Received laptop today and exactly the same battery issue . I don't think i will have an option to replace the battery because I stay in a normal town, i will get a refund hopefully but it's just a waste of time, how can multiple devices have the same issue

And it looks like one of our community members was able to even replace the battery but it is still not working and hence he could return it. In my case, the nearest service centre is 150kms away so I can't afford to travel and waste my time. So fighting only in calls and emails.
