Any idea about cheapest way to get MS Office as this doesn't include it?

That just means that warranty does not cover software issues like windows/office/software corruption etc so if that was the reason for laptop not booting up correctly then it isn't their responsibility.

You can get MS office 365 1 year family pack for around 5k which incl 6 accounts with each acc having 1TB onedrive cloud storage incl. Many ppl use groups/friends to share the cost so per person cost per year comes out to be around 800 & you can use latest MS Office software on up to 5 devices with each acc so quite a good deal(here in forum also you can ask for group sharing). No sharing of data etc, only thing is that the main account(aka the person who bought the key for 5k) has the ability to invite 5 other persons as well as revoke their premium status so main person should be trustable(main acc person still can't access rest of the 5 accs data in anyway).
