Two years back I gifted lifelong’s mixed grinder from amazon ( 900Rs ) to our servants.
one of them brought it back in not working condition.
Raised a support with Lifelong. for a week they keep telling me repairman will come.
Then I made video of the fault in device and how its a mnufacturing defect.
They sent me another full set mixer grinder, and i gave both faulty and good one to the servant.. He never complained back.
