- If you have Savings Bank account or Current account with Axis Bank, only then select the option as “Yes” for the question are you a customer.

If you hold only CC with them, don’t select Yes and fill the form. I made the same mistake by entering CC CID. Although, it pre capture your information but while processing Biometric it will pop up error on Axis Agent’s tab and application will not proceed further.

P.S. Do not apply again via axis mobile app unless seeing pre-approved cards in pre-approved offers section under Apply Now section at the bottom side of app because same process will happen with another cibil inquiry.
