Earlier it wasn't showing Ltf for me, but now i checked and showed Ltf and hence applied although got only the Tata Neu plus card not the infinity one

Reliability - VISA (Offer eligibility/applicability had been a concern with certain Rupay cards for a while. Never the case with other two card networks)
