Don’t buy ROs online, they sell duplicate products.
I bought kent RO online and there were some issues after a month and Kent people came and told that it is duplicate product. We cannot provide service.

Where did you buy it from ? Also if its duplicate how did the RO manufacturer come and install it in the first place ?

I bought it from flipkart. No one comes to install it. They just deliver the product and you need to call someone locally to install it.
