i just bought 3 days before . i already have two livpure in family. this time very bad experience.
now looks like their strategy has changed. price the product cheaper and loot in after sales. imagine buying a prefilter for 1200??? that is the rate set by livpure and that installation guy was asking me for 1400. i told i already have one. then he is asking for 300 for pre filter fitting. if installed by ourselves warranty will be void. i cancelled bluestar to buy this and think i might have mad a mistake
