There is usually 1.5% discount on myntra giftcard and also supercoins are obtained for ordering from myntra that compensate for extra charges.
Reward rate received on using magnus card for every 10,000/- spent you receive 6000 Edge reward points which can be easily valued at 50ps each making it 3k profit.
On spending a lakh per month , you can earn 25000/- edge which is additional milestone. So buying myntra/gold combo for 1lakh would give out 85000 points, which can be easily valued at 30-40k cash value.
For Reserve card , there is no milestone but it has higher default reward rate and hence would fetch out similar ratio's.

Yep. Orders are getting cancelled a lot. And then you are stuck with 60k of myntra vouchers.
Please note that gold coins rate at Myntra are 8-12% higher than gold market rate. So if you sell the coins after buying from Myntra, the calculation of net earn rate will be a completely different figure. Axis Magnus only the 1L milestone will be a benefit. The rest 10x rewards will be compensated by the price hike at Myntra. If you have regular use of 1L on your Magnus, I don't think you should go for Myntra voucher just for 10x .

My Edge rewards has been put on hold by Axis bank for doing similar things in past 😄. Be cautious guys, banks wants to reward genuine spenders and not the fund rotators.

Cash Value 17000 not 85000. If you redeem 25k edge rewards you will get 5k in cash mode. Also myntra automatically cancel orders, so it's very risky. My last 2 orders with one card 12% offer not delivered both are cancelled after 10 days. Don't put your money on this risky bet. If they cancel orders then you will stuck with huge amount of gv. Only one option will be there to redeem that gv - purchase 1 lakh ka cloths 
and start your own garments business.
Cash value and Value of Air Miles are different thing. So be alert.
