All ssd nowadays give 400MB/s+ read/write speeds, the difference lies in for how long(cheap dramless ssd like this/bx500/wd green can sustain such write speeds for max few minutes/less than 60-70% filled before dropping down to hdd level write speeds while top tier ssd like MX500 & samsung 860/870 evo will give 400MB/s+ speeds for as long as drive has any free space left).

@Agnivo007 Also, windows itself now needs at least 50GB for smooth functioning & this is without any big software like MS Office or some game. Such 120gb ssd are nowadays only useful for running some linux OS in NAS/HTPC or to be used as portable external drive.

Hmm... what @guest_999 wrote, already knew about, good valid points... still have a samsung evo 870 250gb sata lying around if I need in future (bought @ 3.5k back then, very little used)...

Had bought a SP P34A60 nvme 250gb more than a year ago @ 3k and using with pcie-nvme riser on an old h110 board (no nvme slot), these have become cheap nowadays at around 2k...
